1. Can we visit the warehouse? 
Yes, feel free to give us a call and we would be happy to arrange an appointment, whereby one of our sales team can meet you at our sorting facilities in Stokenchurch or Linselles, France.
2. How can I find out your prices for specific products?
Please send an email to the relevant contact (please see contacts page) and we will be sure to respond with information outlining our various offers as well as a price list. Alternatively, feel free to give us a call.
3. What are your payment terms?    
As stated above, all our prices given are ExWorks. For the majority of orders we only accept payment terms of 100% TT in advance in the requested Bank Account of DTS Trading Inc. Ltd. Please feel free to contact us with regards to the payment terms for your order.
4. What is the lead time on an order?
It is completely dependent on the specific nature of each individual order. Once we are aware of the product you are interested in, as well as the quantities you are looking for, a member of our sales team will be able to give you an accurate estimation on lead time.
5.  Does our order include transport and delivery costs? 
No, all quotes will be ExWorks, however, if you would like to be given FOB, CFR, or C&F prices, please contact us and we will provide you with an amended quotation as soon as possible.
6.  Can you provide logistical services?
Should you want us to arrange shipping or trucking of your order, this is not a problem. We get great rates from our very reliable logistics partners based in the U.K. and France.
7. Can you provide the necessary documentation to clear goods at customs? (e.g. EUR.1 movement certificate, Certificate of Origin, Declaration of Conformity)
For many of our products we can supply various forms of documentation to aid in clearing your orders through customs. Please contact us for information as to the eligibility of you order to receive further documentation. 
8. What are your minimum order quantities?
Our order quantities vary throughout our offers. Please contact us for information regarding minimum and maximum order quantities for any relevant products.
9. How do I get samples?
Please feel free to request samples of our products. All we require is a courier account number from the customer and we will arrange for the samples to be collected that day. If you do not have a courier account number please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to find a solution.
